GPAC is planning an event marketing and communications workshop for student organizations on Tuesday, March 18th from 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM in SRH 3.124.
Kerri Battles from the dean’s office will give a short presentation on effective event marketing and GPAC will present a wealth of information relevant to new student org leaders. Materials will outline the GPAC budgeting process, Brown Bag scheduling, Green Dining information, calendaring strategies, and more!
We hope this event will serve as an informal ‘orientation’ to give you an overview of the resources available to your organization and help you to better communicate with GPAC and the LBJ School administration. We strongly encourage at least one representative from each organization attend the workshop.
